Do I need a scanner?
No. Paste a card list you already have, or photograph cards one at a time with your phone. A sheet-fed scanner is there for big stacks if you have one.
Can I bring the stock I already have?
Yes. Paste your list, one card per line with quantity and condition, and a whole run of commons goes in on one line. If you already run an online store TCGrail connects to, its products come in for you to review before TCGrail changes anything, and your existing Cardmarket listings come in as you browse Cardmarket.
Where does it sell, and for which countries?
On marketplaces (Cardmarket, Allegro and eBay), in your own online store (Shoper stores are in testing) and in person, on your storefront page and at card shows. TCGrail is for card sellers across the EU, and each channel sells at its own price and in its own currency.
Which games?
Pokémon, Disney Lorcana, Magic: The Gathering, Riftbound, One Piece Card Game and NARUTO Mythos. The games page shows what TCGrail does for each.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every shop gets its own isolated server, so there is no free account.
What happens to my data?
Your shop runs on its own server, with its own database and its own file storage, so your stock, orders and photos are never mixed with another shop's. Your database is backed up every night.
When can I get in?
TCGrail is in closed beta, and we open spots a few at a time. Join the waitlist and we will write when there is room.
