For private sellers
From a shoebox to a shipped order.
Selling singles on your own, from a few hundred cards to a few thousand? TCGrail keeps count, keeps prices up to date and does the parcel work, so your evenings go on cards, not on copying orders between sites.
One week, start to finish
Six moments from an ordinary week of selling, and what TCGrail does in each.
-
Monday evening
A shoebox and a spreadsheet.
Paste the list you already have, with quantity, condition and printing. A run of commons goes in on one line, and every card gets a numbered place in a box. No scanner needed.
-
Tuesday
One card worth a photo.
Point your phone at it, confirm which card it is, pick the condition and where to sell it. It goes into stock and on sale with your photo, and the buyer sees their own copy.
-
Overnight
Prices moved, and so did yours.
TCGrail reads Cardmarket's prices every night, and your rules turn them into a price for each place you sell. The cards you price by hand stay put, and you hear about it when one drifts far from the market.
-
7:02 in the morning
A card sells on one site.
Your cards are listed on Cardmarket, Allegro, eBay and your online store. When a copy sells in one place the others catch up, and on Cardmarket that happens as you browse it.
-
Sunday evening
Twenty orders to pack.
Orders from every marketplace sit in one list. One picking list sends you to each box once, every slip and label prints in one PDF, and Cardmarket letters get the stamp that matches the buyer's postage.
-
Later that week
Where is that parcel?
Most parcels are tracked for you, and their orders move to shipped and then delivered without you opening a tracking page. If one comes back, the return is recorded on its order.
