A walk-in asks for a card you listed online
Search the card and TCGrail tells you which box it is in and how far in to count. Sell it across the counter and it comes off every other place it was for sale, so nobody online buys a card that has already left the shop.
Monday
Put the stack through a scanner, photograph the good ones with your phone, or paste a list. Every card is filed in a numbered box and priced from last night's Cardmarket prices by your own rules, ready for the counter and the web.
Tuesday
Your storefront shows what you have in stock. A player puts together what they need on their phone, the commons for a new deck or a few sealed packs, and picks a day to collect. When you approve, those copies come off your other channels and you get a picking list, so the bag is ready at the counter.
Friday
Your events go on your storefront, each with its own page, and players sign up from their phone. Next week's event is a copy of this one, and the signup list comes with you as a spreadsheet.
Saturday
Put a release date on the product and take preorders with the customer's name, at the counter or from your storefront. You see what you promised against what is arriving, and the pickup list is ready when the doors open.
Sunday
Pick the boxes you take. They stop selling online while they are away, every card in them gets a printed price label from your Pricing Rules, all in one run on the printer.
