Twenty orders before lunch

One list, one walk, one print.

Overnight orders from Cardmarket, Allegro and your online store are waiting in one list. Pick them all in one walk round the shelves, print every slip and label together, and tick the stack off before it leaves.

Orders and picking

Orders from everywhere

One list, wherever they sold.

Orders from your marketplaces and your online store arrive in TCGrail, most of them on their own within minutes. Each one says where it came from and how it ships.

Walking the shelves

Each box opened once.

Tick the orders and get one picking list for all of them, box by box and place by place. Sealed product is added up across the orders, so you pull three booster boxes once, not one at a time.

Pressing print

Select the morning's orders and print. The labels still missing are bought for you, and before anything is bought TCGrail tells you how many. Slips and labels come out as one stack, slip then label, order after order, and you are told how many pages to count.

When something is missing, and before pickup

One product is late

Ship the rest today.

When one product has not arrived, hold that line on every order waiting for it. It moves into a box of its own that waits for stock, and today's print ships everything else.

Before the courier comes

Tick the stack off.

A printed checklist has one row per box: the order, the buyer, the size and that box's own tracking number. Tick each parcel as it goes on the pile, and nothing is left on the bench.

Before you ask

Does it buy labels without asking?
No. Before a print buys anything, it says how many labels it will buy, and a label is never bought twice for the same box.
Can I print the stack again?
Yes. Print again without moving the orders on, and the same slips and labels come out, with nothing bought a second time.
What if one order needs a second page?
The print tells you which orders ran to two pages, so the count of the stack still adds up.
